Muchacho Sanchez

"If you love the sounds of early Charley Crockett and wish that country music had been frozen in a stasis during its greatness of the Golden Era of the '50s, you'll immediately warm up to what Muchacho Sanchez has cooked up" -Saving Country Music

Muchacho Sanchez is a road-forged Americana artist whose career was built the hard way—living out of an RV, busking street corners, and touring relentlessly across the country before planting roots in Austin, Texas in 2012. Those years on the road shaped a songwriter with uncommon grit and a deep respect for the working-class traditions of Mexican and American roots music.

In 2025 alone, Muchacho Sanchez performed 110 shows, cementing his reputation as a tireless live performer and a staple of the Texas scene. His resume includes performances at some of the state’s most iconic venues, including Luckenbach, The Saxon Pub, Riley’s Tavern, and Sagebrush.

Sanchez recently recorded his debut album with Billy Horton producing, alongside Dave Biller, capturing the sound of a songwriter shaped by miles, moments, and lived experience. The record reflects a seasoned artist stepping fully into his voice—equal parts wanderer, storyteller, and troubadour.
