Multitalented teacher, choreographer, and performer. Working with children and adults of all ages be it in groups on one on one. Apart from multiple styles of dance, I also teach private music lessons, direct/theatre, and preform. Specializing in mental health within the arts, my unique approach and ability to work with students from all walks of life sets me apart.

About
10 year Teaching Artist based in the heart of Dallas, she is actively pioneering a new movement of fine arts education and performance for all ages. Her passion and focus has been on mental health education within the arts, and trauma informed instruction for students in today's world. Through years of research and experience in small businesses and nonprofits, Ms Abigail now infuses her new programs with tools such as somatic movement, breath work, energy work, free embodiment, cognitive behavioral and developmental physiology, bodily awareness through anatomy to combine the arts with the sciences to further support and enrich the lives of the community. Further stepping into this passion, in 2024 Abigail gathered together with like minded educators and artists to create The Temperance Collective; to provide holistic education, programs, and resources to the DFW community.
