Mrs. Santa Claus

In my many years as Mrs. Claus, I have often noticed that some young children seem to be afraid of Santa Claus with his big white beard, and his bigger "ho, ho, ho!" As a real Grandma myself, I come on as a much calmer version of the Christmas entity. I am gentle, I speak in a quieter voice and a less aggressive demeanor. The kids gravitate towards me and my satchel of yummy candy canes.

As I speak to them, I make sure that I always say something to make them feel good about themselves, either about how pretty/handsome they look, or their interesting name, or the special item they may be carrying. I love all kids, and it shows. I make them feel special as I talk to them. I am a professional actress, and I am very good at improv, so I feel as comfortable talking to adults as I do to children.

At your event, I will pose for photos, pass out candy canes or little gifts that have been provided to me by the client, read Christmas stories to the children, lead the singing of Christmas Carols, and anything else that the client would like. I have also been known to dance with the party guests if asked.. I'm available for special home visits, Christmas parties, photo shoots, special deliveries and any other Christmas-type event you may have. Please contact me for a quote.

I have been a professional actress for over 30 years. Before moving to Branson, Missouri, I lived in Hollywood, California, where I appeared in Films, TV Series, and Commercials. I was a member of all the main acting Unions for Stage, Screen and Radio. I have been a Singer since High School, and I enjoy singing Christmas Carols either by myself, or leading your guests in song.

I am very good with Improvisation, and that helps me feel at ease with anyone I speak to. From children to Company Presidents, my motto is "everyone puts on their pants one leg at a time", so I am not shy when I speak to anyone. During the Spring, Summer and Fall, I perform as Aunt Mollie in "The Shepherd of the Hills Outdoor Drama". When that show ends in October, I transform into Mrs. Santa Claus and I begin my Chiristmas activities.

I have been married to the same man for 40 years, and we enjoy each other's company so much that we do many things together. He is a musician and a Wood Artisan, and I help him with his activities. He currently shows his wood art at the Branson Mill Craft Village, where I can also be seen as Mrs. Claus on Saturdays.
