With more than three decades of experience in children's theatre, performing, directing, playwriting, and early childhood education, Deonn knows a little something about creating magic for young audiences!
From mischievous witches and enchanting Fairy Godmothers to Mother Goose, the Tooth Fairy, Mother Nature, Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, and more, Deonn has brought beloved characters to life on stages and at schools, festivals, libraries, corporate events, character breakfasts, and beyond.
Originally from the Seattle area and now bringing her theatrical magic to Wisconsin, Deonn combines professional performance experience, a playful sense of humor, and a genuine love of entertaining children and families.

Mrs. Penny Claus is happy to work with your venue and event setup to create a seamless, festive experience!

For strolling appearances and meet-and-greets: Minimal setup is needed. A safe, accessible space for mingling and photo opportunities is ideal.

For storytimes, sing-alongs, and interactive programs: A designated area where children and families can comfortably gather and see Mrs. Claus is recommended. Seating for children is helpful but not required. A microphone or sound system may be useful for larger groups but no worries, Mrs. Penny Claus has lots of experience projecting her voice!.

No theatrical lighting or elaborate staging is necessary. Specific needs will depend on the type of appearance, audience size, venue, and activities planned.
