We were experiencing some technical issues earlier in the day; we were unable to complete our presentation and our caterer had fallen through. We were afraid of losing the crowd, but Mrs. Matthes arrived early and prepared, she delivered family friendly jokes right away and engaged the crowd. Mrs. Matthes remained focused even as the folks shuffled to get food. She was kind, courteous, professional and funny.

What to expect
I like to cater to my audience as much as possible. If you have families I keep it clean, if you want adult comedy, I can do that too. Let me know who will be watching and I’ll do my best to keep them laughing.
I have some basic equipment, let me know if it will be needed.
About
I’ve always loved comedy shows, my husband and I were at a show on New Year’s Eve and I thought I could do comedy. So I asked the comedians after the show how they got started and they recommended open mic nights. I started just two weeks later, that was last year. I love performing and I write jokes about my life my family and our experiences. I’ve done about a dozen paid gigs and many, many open mics. I’ve performed at church gatherings and dive bars.
Next summer I will be in a week long showcase in Orlando FL. as part of a talent search expo. I know there are big things ahead, now is the time to book me for your local show before I go national!

I prefer if the stage and sound equipment are in place, but if necessary I can bring some. I have just one speaker and microphone.
