Space Requirements:
Minimum of 8x8 feet of open space recommended
Indoor or shaded outdoor areas preferred for best lighting
Flat, level surface required for setup.
One standard 3-prong electrical outlet within 15–25 feet of setup area
If outdoors, power must be stable and weather-protected (power station available upon request for an extra fee)
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event to complete setup
Teardown begins immediately after booth time ends unless otherwise arranged
Setup and breakdown time is not counted against your booked hours
Wi-Fi access is recommended for instant sharing features (text/email)
If unavailable, offline mode will store all content for post-event delivery.
A friendly, professional attendant will stay for the duration of the booth time to assist guests, manage props, and ensure a smooth experience.
