Dr. Sharon Johnson is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. She speaks at conventions, retreats, masterminds, seminars, radio shows, group and individual coaching. She has a passion for people and watching people grow as they experience change with her connection.

Dr. Johnson lives in Pembroke Pines, but will travel at the request of the organizer.

Dr. Sharon Johnson is a highly sought-after leadership and motivation teacher, mostly because of her infectious attitude, inspiration, high energy and dynamic motivating skills. She attributes her success with her audience to three factors, all equally important:

2. Academic Background: Dr. Sharon benefits tremendously from her leadership training and academic success. Her Doctoral Dissertation was on Leadership, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction in the Workplace: A Phenomenological Research Study. Along with being in leadership for over 20 years, and as the CEO of Comtivate Training LLC, she is an adjunct faculty in English and Business courses.


3. Leadership Credentials: Unlike many, Dr. Sharon has the experience of being in leadership for over 20 years, owns Comtivate Training LLC, and facilitates leadership events, seminars, and workshops. Her mentor is America’s Leadership guru, Dr. John C. Maxwell. While no credentials makes a superb speaker and trainer, Dr. Sharon remains a diligent student of the arts and science of leadership, motivation, and coaching. She is the Mentor Coordinator of her BNI Chapter, and a business Partner with the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce.
