I absolutely love motivating and inspiring people to learn, grow, and prosper. I am full of life, energy, and experience. It is amazing to connect with individuals who are hungry to make life changes or who need motivation to achieve results in life, relationships, at home, at work, and in business.
I love to share my story, experience, expertise, and a little humor to empower other people.
The multi-talented entrepreneur, Eligha Pryor, Jr., started his masonry and construction business at the age of 18. By the age of 19, Eligha built a business of over $4M in revenue. He has been an expert in the masonry and construction business for over 25 years.
After realizing his charismatic ability and finesse, Eligha decided to expand his entrepreneurial pursuits to include financial advisor, mortgage broker, property manager, building contractor, roofing contractor, and motivational speaker.
After 14 years of business success, marriage, and fatherhood, Mr. Pryor endured some of the most challenging times of his life. It was during those times, his business crashed, he went through a draining divorce and custody battle for his children, filed for bankruptcy, and was falsely accused of faulty business practices. While he was challenged by these life changing hardships, his father was told that he only had 20 days to live.
Despite his challenges, Eligha reminded himself of the goals and dreams he had as a young man and decided to persevere. Today he is living those dreams and seeing the things he envisioned manifested.
When he opened his construction business at the age of 18 years old he was known as the fastest Trowel Mason in Florida. At the age of 21, he became a residential home contractor. He built hundreds of homes for families and developed a thriving model home center. During the process, Eligha developed skills to become an architect. He designed his floor plans, expedited the building timeframe, and saved customers money when making changes to their dream homes.
After becoming so successful in his business, he suffered embarrassment, accusations, defamation of character, and loss of licensure all based on a disgruntled client and scrutinizing city officials. The scrutiny ultimately damaged his reputation and crushed his multimillion dollar construction business. As a result, he lost it all, but he did not lose his mind or his faith.
Eligha was forced to make a change. When his father became ill, he recognized the importance of insurance. He realized that without it, his father would not receive the care he needed at the Mayo clinic. Because of the need for insurance and the need to rebuild himself, Mr. Pryor became a financial adviser and insurance agent. Within two years in the business, he became number 2 in the nation with a major insurance company. Once he was exhonerated by the state of Florida and generated enough income, he decided to venture back into his first love, the construction business. He re-entered the industry by building affordable homes for his former tenants and insurance customers.
Eligha once again designs homes, builds homes, finances homes, sells homes, and now insures homes. His goal is to help motivate and encourage people to follow their goals and dreams despite the challenges in life.
From the rising of a downfall, he became more successful and is recognized as a leading general contractor, mortgage lender, financial adviser, property manager investor, motivational speaker, and author. financial adviser in

My biggest influencer is my father. I watched him work hard, build a business, and take care of his family. He taught me how to be a trowel mason, and a business man. He encouraged me to always be the very best and give my work, my life, and my family; my all.
In addition to my father, I have always been encouraged by Les Brown. I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Brown and learn from him. He is one of the best motivators.
