Horrible! Cannot face paint!

This vendor DOES NOT know how to face paint! She uses stencils for cheek art only and uses a paint pen, not a brush so the stencils look a mess. By her own admission, cannot free hand draw. Again, she had no paint, glitter, brushes, sponges or wipes. Only a book of stencils and "paint pens". I am demanding a full refund for services not rendered. 😠
