Hey there, my name's Chris. I'm a former athlete and licensed massage therapist. My journey to massage therapy began in high school as a student-athlete, when I was introduced to fitness and sports injuries. I soon became invested in learning what causes injuries, motivated by the desire to help others with injury prevention and recovery. I began my studies in kinesiology which aided my understanding of the human body and ultimately led me to massage therapy. Its quickly become my greatest passion, as it's the perfect intersection of making people happy and helping them heal. I strive to assist my clients in repairing and reconnect with their bodies through mindful massage practices and personalized care that;s tailored to each individual client.
