I'm a passionate entrepreneur and coffee enthusiast dedicated to bringing high-quality, single-origin coffee directly from my family's farm in the high mountains of El Salvador to Southern California. As the founder of Montecitos Coffee, I’ve combined my love for community, culture, and craft to create a unique mobile coffee experience. Whether catering private events, community markets, or pop-ups, I strive to deliver more than just a great cup of coffee—my goal is to share a story and a connection with every pour.

Before launching Montecitos Coffee, I spent over 15 years in the energy and utility sector, managing marketing and customer experience programs, building strong partnerships, and driving innovative campaigns that supported regional growth. I bring this same strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach to my current business.

When I’m not behind the coffee cart, I’m engaging with local organizations, supporting small business growth, and finding ways to blend sustainability, storytelling, and hospitality. My journey is rooted in heritage, fueled by purpose, and brewed with intention.

Montecitos Coffee Cart – Technical & Service Details

We strive to make setup seamless and stress-free for every event. Below are our basic technical and service requirements:

Setup Requirements:
Space Needed: Minimum 6x6 ft area for the coffee cart setup. For larger events, additional space may be needed for guest flow and prep.

Surface: Flat, level surface (indoor or outdoor).

Power: Access to one standard 120V outlet is required.

Water Access: Not required, as we bring our own water supply.

Tent/Shade: For outdoor events, we provide our own tent unless one is supplied.

Service Info:
Serving Time: Standard service is 2 hours, with options to extend.

Guest Capacity: We can comfortably serve events ranging from 25 to 200+ guests.

Menu: Includes espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and custom signature drinks.

Customization: Branding options available for cups, sleeves, and menus.

Setup/Breakdown Time: Approximately 45 minutes before and after service.

Insurance: Fully insured and can provide COI upon request.
