Your guests will see a real casino floor appear in the middle of your event: felt-topped blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, baccarat and money wheel tables, friendly dealers, and a room full of people laughing, cheering and trash-talking over a hand of cards. Everyone starts with $10,000 in funny money chips, nobody risks a cent, and no experience is needed. Our dealers teach the rules table-side, so first-timers feel like high rollers within minutes. At the end of the night, the top winners walk away with prizes.

Your team will get a night that gets people mingling, mixes departments and has everyone talking long after the party ends. We handle delivery, setup, dealers and takedown, so you can enjoy the evening too. We bring backup tables to every event, and in more than 25 years we've never needed them, but we like to be ready. Want to customize? We can add team-based prize tallies, or have your managers deal a few hands of blackjack.

From a 10-person office party to a 2,000-guest gala, we'll set up almost anywhere, from hotel ballrooms to cruise ships and even a mountaintop by gondola.

Since 1998, Monte Carlo Nights has delivered over 1,500 casino parties across BC – and we’ve learned a thing or two about throwing a great one!

Our founder brought over 15 years in the casino industry, and our staff collectively bring hundreds more. Many of our dealers are even casino managers who host casino nights for fun on their weekends off.

Every dealer is hand-picked for skill and personality. Most come with professional casino training – so really, the only thing we teach them is to relax!

Add in top-rate tables, accessories, and sharp tuxedos, and you’ve got a real Vegas-style casino night for your Vancouver corporate event, staff party or fundraiser with friendly, knowledgeable dealers guests love.

Space: Plan on roughly 10 x 10 feet per table, including room for dealers and players to move comfortably. A standard room with a few tables needs very little. Larger setups simply need more floor space. We'll work with your venue to find the best layout, whether it's a ballroom, boardroom or banquet hall.

Lighting: Good lighting lets guests see the cards, chips and wheel, so a bright, even room is perfect. Dim, moody lighting is fine as long as every table stays clear and readable. Our tables need no special lighting setup.

Power: Our standard equipment doesn't need electrical hookups. If you're adding extras, we'll let you know in advance.

Setup and takedown: We arrive early to build your casino and pack up after the last hand, so you can enjoy your event.
