Notes and Technical Information

Our services are designed to be flexible, self-contained, and easy to integrate into both private events and on-site facility visits. We require minimal technical support from the host or venue and handle all medical setup independently.

Space Requirements

For mobile IV events, we require a clean, well-ventilated indoor space with enough room to comfortably accommodate treatment chairs or loungers. This may be a living room, private room, office, hotel suite, or designated wellness area at an event venue. Each guest requires approximately 6–8 feet of space to ensure comfort and privacy.

For larger events, a separate quiet area away from loud music or heavy foot traffic is preferred to maintain a relaxed and safe environment.

At our facility, all space, equipment, and setup requirements are already met.

Power & Lighting

Standard electrical outlets are sufficient. No specialized power supply is required.

Normal indoor lighting is adequate. No stage lighting, theatrical lighting, or dimmed environments are necessary. Soft, ambient lighting is preferred to enhance guest comfort.

Sound

No sound system or amplification is required. Our services are delivered quietly and discreetly. Background music is welcome if provided by the host or venue, but not required.

Equipment & Supplies

We provide all medical supplies, IV equipment, treatment chairs, disposables, sanitation materials, and personal protective equipment. All supplies are transported, set up, and removed by our team.

We operate as a fully self-contained medical service and do not require access to venue equipment beyond basic power and space.

Medical Oversight & Staffing

All services are delivered by licensed medical professionals operating under established medical protocols. A licensed provider is always available for consultation and oversight. Guests are monitored throughout their session to ensure safety and comfort.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual if it is medically inappropriate at the time of service.

Timing & Flow

Typical IV sessions last approximately 30–60 minutes per guest, depending on the selected treatment. For events, guests may be staggered to allow smooth flow without long wait times. We coordinate timing directly with the host or planner in advance.

We arrive early for setup and remain after the final session for breakdown, ensuring minimal disruption to the event schedule.

Accessibility & Comfort

Clients should be able to sit comfortably for the duration of the session. Access to a restroom nearby is recommended. Water and light refreshments are encouraged but not required.

Weather Considerations

Mobile IV services are intended for indoor use only. Outdoor events must have a suitable indoor or climate-controlled area available for treatments.

Insurance & Professional Standards

We operate with appropriate medical oversight and professional standards. Proof of insurance and credentials can be provided upon request for venues or corporate events.
