Severance Hall Soloist

Overview

I am a versatile musician in all genres of music from classical to jazz, and everything in between. I have performed with the finest orchestras and chamber musicians in the country as well as soloist with the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, Cleveland Pops Orchestra, New Hampshire Music Festival, NY broadway stars, pop and rock musicians. I would love to play solo flute for your private event, or collaborate with guitar, strings, harp or piano if you're looking for an ensemble. Happy to provide music live-streamed in person, (safely, at a distance) bringing elegance and beauty to your event.
There is a slight up-charge for long distance events.

What to expect

Repertoire will be decided and agreed upon well in advance of the event. I'll answer all questions and concerns in the days preceding the event so the performance will be seamless. I'll arrive 30-45 minutes early to set up in the space and confirm sound/details with organizers. I will bring music stands, music, instruments (except piano) and stand lights if necessary. If piano is being used, I ask that it be tuned before the event. We will need armless chairs for the performers with access to an electrical outlets .

Additional booking notes

Acoustic instruments sometimes need light amplification if there is background noise (ie. cocktail party). I am very careful with the dynamic of amplification if it is needed. The venue will determine if this is needed.
