Malcholm and his work were both phenomenal. I hired him to do some filming in DC schools for my dissertation research, and he was flexible, professional, responsive, patient, and hard-working from day one. He truly listened to what I needed and wanted out of my films, and he did everything he could to make my vision happen. He showed up early on both filming days, and was great at doing what he needed to do, all while respecting and protecting the work that my teachers and students were doing. He edited my films (over 16 hours of footage across multiple microphones and cameras, down to 15-minute beautiful videos!) much quicker than he had estimated, and well before I needed them. I was the WORST type of client because 1) I have none of the expertise that Malcholm has, and yet 2) I had very specific ideas of what I needed/wanted, for the purposes of my research. Malcholm was patient and kind with me from start to finish, and he even made this whole filming/editing process fun! I cannot say enough good things about Malcholm and his company, you won't be sorry should you choose to work with him!

April 16, 2017A great choice for our first professional video
Hiring a company to do professional video was not something I was familiar with prior to hiring MJR Visuals. I submitted a job request and received quotes and responses from about 15-20 companies. After interviewing several of them, we hired MJR Visuals. Their price was competitive and their portfolio was impressive. They created a substial length training video for us in both English and Spanish. We hope to use them for some promotional videos as well going forward.
