January 22, 2020Mix 'N' Match was a huge hit at our office party for about 100 people. They were organized, on time, fully prepared, and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire office really enjoyed watching them make the ice cream, and the ice cream itself was excellent. They had options for our GF and Vegan folks, really creative and tasty flavors and mix-ins, and catered to everyone's tastes and needs. We'll definitely be be using them again!

It's ice cream AND a show!
We offer over 25 flavor options, and 20 mix ins to choose from.
Once a flavor and mix-in are selected, it's combined into a bowl with the ice cream base and blasted with liquid nitrogen, turning it into ice cream before your eyes, in less time than it takes to make a latte!
Liquid nitrogen is -320 degrees, so the cream is cooled too quickly for ice crystals and air pockets to form, leaving you with the creamiest ice cream you've ever had.
Over 70 percent of our atmosphere is made up of nitrogen.
The nitrogen is condensed and pressurized into liquid form.
When we blast the liquid nitrogen into the bowl of cream, it cannot stay a liquid.
Nitrogen HAS to turn back into a gas, but it quickly freezes the cream as it dissipates back into the atmosphere, leaving behind creamy deliciousness!

Our set up is versatile and flexible for indoor or outdoor events.
We don't even need electricity, water, or a kitchen to work our magic!
For outdoor events, we can provide a 10x10 white canopy tent and make a "U" shape with three 8' tables.
