As an entertainer, I can perform music numbers, singing live with my guitar OR I can perform the amazing Samoan Fire Knife Dance! Being born and raised in the islands of Hawai’i has taught me how to really appreciate my culture and to share all of its beauty through music and dance. If you truly want real Polynesian cultural Music performed live, or any form of Polynesian Dances, I’m definitely your guy!:)

For the fireknife dance performance, expect a high intensity heated performance. I like to get the audience involved actively listening and watching the performance as well. I do a performance with one fire knife and then I do another right after with two fire knives. It’s highly dangerous and yes the fire is real.
For singing performances, I can perform and sing any genre but I specialize in Polynesian music, specifically Old and New era Hawaiian music. It is very calming and soothing and relaxing. It makes for lively background music or even main entertainment music. I also can sing for weddings as well. I love all music so music suggestions and requests are always something I enjoy doing for people.
Parents met in college in Utah, married and moved back home to Hawaii. Born and raised on the North Shores of O’ahu, I learned to dance Tahitian, Fijian, Tongan, Samoan and New Zealand tradition dances. I primarily fell in love with Fireknife Dancing, the traditional Samoan War dance performed with a blade that is set on fire. I also grew up around many family members who were extremely talented musically. Tia and Dallin Muti, my aunty and uncle, have been performing live music at the Polynesian Cultural Center for over 30 years and everyone who goes to this center immediately falls in love with their voices and music performances. Therefore I always felt it was in my blood to be an entertainer, which is why I would love to perform for others. Seeing the joy it can bring and what joy it can possibly bring just makes me motivated to want to share my talents with any and everyone who’s willing to book me. What once was a hobby and favorite pass time is now transforming into my aspiring career choice and I want to live my life in such a way that I can do what I love and never have to work a day in my life.
I currently attend the University of California Berkeley and a lot of conversations I have now days are what I am going to be doing after I graduate. I have always been very indecisive about what I wanted to do because I was always so conflicted between many different options. The biggest thing that allowed me a chance to open my eyes was when I was having a conversation with a best friend of mine and we talked about how we never thought we could use music and our passion for music and entertainment as a possible career path option. Then he helped me come to a realization; we only have one life to live. So why waste it on doing something you’re not entirely sure that you wanna do for the rest of my life. That’s why I am doing what I am doing now. I love music and I have a passion for entertaining and being on stage to perform for others. Whether it’s singing or dancing I would like to just it.
