What to Expect
Speaking:
People have said that I have "an infectious positivity, intuitiveness, and empathy". Audience members "feel compelled to lean in with deepened curiosity and engagement when Misha shares".
I have several signature talks including but not limited to the following: Centering Empathy in Your Leadership and Beyond, Joy Amidst Adversity in the Workplace, Leading the Way to Culture Change, and the Top Five Things to Know to Successfully Implement Sustainable DEIAB in Your Workplace. All of my talks are inspirational, educational, and supportive of changing the workplace culture from negative toxicity to meaningful connection. Most popular speaking contract is 60 minutes but other options are available.
Leadership Development Training:
One client said, “Misha is an amazing person whose energy radiates to everyone she talks to, even through Zoom. Her responsiveness to what people say, and her ability to read between the lines, is extremely helpful and allowed me to be open and vulnerable.” With this, you can conclude that your company will be in good hands.
I meet with organization leaders to personally craft the training which you and/or your staff need to shift to being more effective, reputable, and connected. Examples have been creating staff connection and cohesion, developing compassionate communication for successful interactions, increasing and honoring collective value, and healthy conflict resolution. Most popular leadership development contract is one year with bi-weekly leadership trainings, bi-weekly direct-reports trainings, and monthly all-staff training. Other options are available. Please inquire.
Leadership Coaching:
Clients have reflected that I am a compassionate listener who brings calm which translates to helping them find more peace especially under the high-stress demands of their careers.
Leadership coaching is a wonderful opportunity which successful organizations have a history of providing for their staff at any level. Whether it is for a new-hire or someone with over 20 years of experience, leadership coaching is extremely beneficial. By providing leadership coaching, organizations can help staff develop the necessary skills, confidence, and resilience to succeed in their roles. It not only accelerates their growth but also contributes to their long-term success within the organization. As a leadership coach, I meet with the sponsor (organization) and the client (employee) for 50-minutes to identify reasonable goals. Once we establish the goals, clients and I generally meet three times per month for 50-minutes (for a minimum of six months). Other coaching contracts are available - please inquire. Once the coach-client relationship is established, I meet with the sponsor and client together one session per quarter to review progress and/or goals.
Team Building:
One client said, "I believe that doing these group sessions at work helped all of us to communicate more openly with one another. I feel that our team has a stronger bond because of these sessions."
The purpose of team building is to enhance collaboration, communication, trust, and cohesion among team members. When I work with organizations, I request an anonymous survey to be completed by all staff (including leaders and management) so that I can best determine the current challenges and develop a program with your success at the forefront. The survey results help me to design a variety of activities and exercises for the purpose of promoting positive relationships, improving teamwork skills, and creating a more productive and harmonious work environment or whatever else has come from the survey information. The most successful option for team building is to conduct a 75-minute pocket together monthly for one year. Other options are available - please inquire.
Half or full-day retreats:
One client shared, "I would certainly recommend Misha to other attorneys/law firms. Having a high-stress job can at times feel overwhelming and that stress can carry over into other aspects of life. However, Misha's sessions helped reframe my very "work-focused" mind and helped open my eyes to how much joy is in my life both outside and within my work. That leads to me being a better colleague and attorney."
Staff retreats, whether half day or full day, offer numerous benefits to organizations. These retreats foster team bonding and cohesion, strengthening relationships among team members. They promote effective communication and collaboration, enabling open dialogue and a culture of teamwork. Retreats also facilitate strategic alignment, allowing participants to reflect on organizational goals and priorities. Additionally, they encourage learning and development, stimulate creativity and innovation, and demonstrate a commitment to employee well-being and engagement. Retreats provide a platform for conflict resolution, reinforce organizational culture and values, and serve as a celebration of achievements and recognition of employee contributions. Ultimately, staff retreats contribute to a positive work environment, enhanced teamwork, and improved organizational performance. Retreats are designed together to be sure length and content meet the organization needs.
