Mingo’s Latin Kitchen has proudly served Houston and the surrounding areas since 2015 through our two food trucks, catering services, and pop-up events. We offer a flavorful selection of Tex-Mex, Mexican, Latin American, and American cuisine, with customizable menus available to fit a variety of events and preferences.
Over the years, we have catered corporate events, office lunches, weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, community events, private celebrations, and more. We offer convenient drop-off catering as well as on-site food truck service, allowing us to accommodate both casual gatherings and large-scale events.
