Each event is customized with curated playlists and themes to match your audience—perfect for birthdays, fundraisers, corporate events, and private parties.

Mingo is designed to be flexible and can be adapted to a wide variety of venues, from private homes and community spaces to restaurants, wineries, corporate offices, and large event venues.

Space & Setup: We require a small area for the host with access to power and a table or similar surface for our equipment. No dedicated stage is required, although an elevated or visible hosting area is helpful for larger events.

Sound: For most events, we can provide the sound equipment needed for Mingo. If your venue has an existing house sound system, we’re happy to connect to it when appropriate. For larger events or venues with specialized AV systems, we’ll coordinate sound requirements with you in advance.

Internet: Reliable Wi-Fi is preferred, particularly for events using our digital Mingo boards. Paper game boards are also available and can be a great option for venues with limited connectivity or groups that prefer a traditional format.

Digital Games: Guests access their individual Mingo boards by scanning a QR code with their phone or tablet. No app download is required. We recommend letting guests know in advance to bring a charged device when digital boards will be used.

Setup Time: Please allow approximately 30–45 minutes before the scheduled game time for equipment setup, sound check, and game preparation. Larger or more technically involved events may require additional setup time.

Music & Game Format: Music categories and game formats can be customized to fit your audience, theme, age range, or event schedule. Mingo can accommodate everything from shorter interactive sessions to a full two-hour entertainment experience.
