I teach a series of exercises, stretches, and posture-correcting techniques that can be used to help alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain caused by extended periods of time spent in front of a computer. I also provide guidance on how to make ergonomic adjustments to your workstation setup to further reduce strain on the body. Additionally, I recommend lifestyle changes such as regularly scheduled breaks and improved mental health habits that can help manage chronic pain.
