Million Dollar Souls

Staying grounded in learning neuroscience, in response to intergenerational trauma, I often refer to memories of the past. Wether it be childhood, or two years ago, where I almost left my children behind. My healing has changed me in ways that are irreversible. I hope to inspire others to heal the past, sit in the present and plan for the future, whilst removing mental blocks you (most likely) gained in childhood. I am here to share my story, and to shed light on gen. trauma, mental wellness + deep mental struggle. We are on route to creating a safe space large enough for all.
