Millie from Philly

Millie Tennessee (aka Millie from Philly) captivates audiences with her R&B, oldies, and jazz melodies. Millie’s journey into singing began at a young age in her church choir and winning numerous local ccompetitions. Since moving to Florida from Philly in 2017, she has sung for weddings, marriage proposals, birthdays, wedding vow renewals, funerals, holiday events, and anniversary parties. She was a member of the local group, Soultastic, and asked to record at studios with various other locals. She sings in numerous senior living communities, such as Golden Lakes, Pacifica Forest Trace, Monarch of Coconut Creek, Colonial ASL, Springtree Rehab, Waterside Landing, Verena at Delray, Pacifica Senior Living, Sonatas, the West Palm Beach VA, Capstone, John Knox Village, Golden Lakes Village, and The Tikki Market in Riviera Beach, in restaurants such as Umberto’s in Pompano and Fins and Things in Tamarac. She has sung for FAU’s Lifelong Learning Program and will appear at the Delray Beach Playhouse in the Spring of 2025.
