Mikey Jib

Mikey Jib played at our cocktail hour for our wedding and from the minute he started he created the fun vibe! Within minutes people were singing along and laughing and dancing! My only wish was that the cocktail hour was longer so he could keep playing! At least 10 people asked for his info! Truly a wedding game changer! He is so much fun and even made up some songs on the spot that had everyone singing! His enthusiasm was contagious and he was the pace car for the rest of the day! Thank you soooooo much!!!! Whatever event you are having .. Mikey jib is the man!!!

We cannot say enough good things about Mikey Jib. From the first email to the last song of the night, he was professional, easy to work with, and completely dialed in to what we wanted.

He played our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—and absolutely nailed all three. The ceremony music was beautiful and emotional, the cocktail hour vibe was perfect, and once the reception started… the dance floor never emptied.

Guests are still texting us asking, “Where did you find your musician?” He read the room perfectly, took requests, kept the energy up, and somehow made it feel both intimate and like a full-blown party.

On top of that, he was reliable, organized, and stress-free. No chasing him down. No last-minute surprises. He showed up early, set up fast, and handled everything like a pro.

If you’re on the fence: don’t be. Hiring Mikey was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Miguel was terrific. He provided just the right background music needed to make our even special. Highly recommend.

Miguel truly made our wedding day so special. My now husband and I got engaged the day after Memorial Day and set a date for 09/17/2022. On such short notice it was very hard to find an officiant. We reached out to Miguel who was already doing a wedding. I was worried he would not be able to do both. But he fit us into his schedule and delivered a beautiful ceremony. He listened to us on what we were looking for out of our ceremony, and understood our vision perfectly. Miguel is a great communicator, amazing writer, very organized and punctual, genuine, has a great sense of humor, and gets along with everyone he meets. He translated our love to our friends and family in such an impactful way, all of our guests are still taking about it to this day, saying it was the best wedding ceremony they have ever been too. Look no further, you want Miguel to be your officiant. He will make your ceremony and wedding one of a kind and something you will remember for a lifetime!

Whether you are in Key West at the Porch or at one of Portland Maine’s coastal venues you will feel right at home with Miguel. His music is timeless and relevant. Connecting the audience with his smokey smooth vocals and guitar make for and a musical story ride 🎶
