He's often joined by a singing partner and/or other musicians for a fuller sound. His wide repertoire of covers—from legendary Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, and Ben E. King to contemporaries like Jack Johnson, Keb 'Mo, and Jason Mraz—make him a favorite with all ages.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Mikel's mix includes tunes from Spanish artists such as Juan Luis Guerra, Natalia Lafourcade, and others.

Mikel showed up early and with plenty of time to set up. Very professional and great to work with. His music was so fun and really engaged the attendees. Since the event was St Patrick's themed he even wore a kilt! he Also included a second person on percussion.

The experience was fantastic! Michael was hired as a solo singer and guitarist to perform at my husband's birthday celebration. We gave him a couple of song suggestions, before the day of the event, and based on that he put together the perfect song selection for our party. His voice is wonderful and he's friendly and easy-going. Michael made our celebration special. We recommend him for any occasion!
