Real Laughs Comedy is interactive comedy created with the people in the room. The show is fast-moving, funny and shaped around your group, so every event is a little different.

Your guests may provide suggestions and some may even join in the fun, but participation is always voluntary. We never put anyone on the spot.

The comedy is appropriate for your group and designed around your event. The goal is simple: give your people a shared experience they’ll laugh about together.

Mike McGuire has been making people laugh for more than 20 years. He is the creator of Real Laughs Comedy, interactive comedy designed specifically for private events.

Real Laughs Comedy is created with the people in the room. Audience suggestions help shape the show, and guests can participate if they want to—but participation is always voluntary. No one is ever put on the spot. The result is a funny, fast-moving experience that becomes personal to each group.

Mike founded ComedySportz St. Louis in 2017 and led the organization through 2026. Over the years, he has produced and performed in hundreds of comedy shows and interactive programs for companies, associations, nonprofits, churches, schools and private groups.

Today, Mike brings that experience to Real Laughs Comedy, working with a team of experienced performers to create entertainment that is appropriate for your group and built around your event.

You bring the people. We bring the comedy.

Comedy shows don't require a lot of set up... they just have to be seen and heard and we're good!
