Mike can provide hours of solo steel pan playing, with professional backing tracks and a high quality sound system. Mike has years of experience playing for wedding cocktail hours, private parties, and corporate events. He specializes in fusing the musical styles of Trinidad, Jamaica, and Brazil with the American musical style of jazz, providing the perfect environment for entertaining guests, or celebrating life's major moments.

Mike Greer has been a professional musician since 1999, where his talents initially took him to the London West End stage as a member of the original London cast of Blast. He is currently an active performer in the Charleston area and beyond, specializing in all areas of percussion. Mike brings years of experience performing solo steel pan for wedding receptions, corporate events, or private functions. Along with being an active drum set player in the area, Mike is also the Principal Timpanist and percussionist with the North Charleston Pops orchestra. Mike holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance, a Master of Music in Percussion Performance, and a Master of Arts in Teaching.

Adequate lighting for evening performances must be available. Shade is necessary for outdoor performances. Must have easy access to power for all performances.
