Greetings! I've been a performing musician for nearly 15 years. I'm an adept jazz guitarist, pop pianist, and singer songwriter. I perform a variety of music including modern classical, jazz, rock, pop, and more. Upon discovering my perfect pitch at a young age, music has been in my life ever since.
I regularly perform a diverse repertoire ranging from The Ink Spots to Olivia Rodrigo. It is my pleasure to work with you and make my music one of the highlights of your event!
I am a music teacher at one of CT's art high schools and have participated in numerous festivals including the Montreal Jazz Festival.

July 1, 2024We booked Michaela to play at my grandmother's 80th birthday and it was the best decision we could have made! She was exceptionally professional and communicative, she checked in several time before the party and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She showed up early and was extremely prepared, learning every single song we requested, and was so incredibly personable that she fit right in like family. Although she lives in CT, she was able to travel to Long Island to perform, which was so accommodating and kind.
As for her talent, it was all anyone could talk about! She played a variety of different genres and eras, but every single song was a crowd pleaser that fit the vibe of the party perfectly. She based her playlist around our requests and made sure to come prepared, and even did a few sing-alongs for the entire group. The party hosted around 40 people inside and outside our suburban home, and Michaela brought exactly the right equipment to make sure everyone could hear her without it being too loud, allowing people to listen and still converse and enjoy the party. She is an incredible entertainer aside from also being a gifted singer and guitarist.
She really helped make the evening one of the most special events ever for my grandmother, which is exactly what the family wanted for her. When everyone left, the first thing my grandmother said to me was "that was the best party I have ever been to," and it was thanks to Michaela. You cannot go wrong booking her for your event!

An audience should expect a mixture of their favorite requests and pieces personally dear to me. Though I love pop and rock music, I grew up with a Jazz Education. One of my greatest skills is the rearranging of outdated music to make it an enjoyable listen in today's world! As a performer, I feel it's my job to make sure any group of listeners is enjoying my show. Whether this includes song trivia, a funny backstory about a prehistoric piece, or a fusion of their favorite tunes, I will make sure my listeners have a smile on their faces! My repertoire is vast and I constantly ask my audiences for their requests. Some of my favorite performances began with the most blunt and criticizing of patrons. However, by the end of the night, these bar customers were smiling, laughing, and clapping!
