Michael Petty and the Outlaw Revival delivers a high-energy, authentic country music experience built around the legendary sounds of the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s.

Audiences can expect classic outlaw country, traditional honky-tonk, Texas country and Southern rock featuring the music of Waylon Jennings, George Strait, Merle Haggard, Hank Williams Jr., Chris LeDoux and other country legends.

Our full band brings the sound and feel of a real Texas dance hall to the stage — strong vocals, guitars, fiddle, steel guitar and a rhythm section built to keep the dance floor moving. From two-stepping and waltzes to hard-driving outlaw country and Southern rock, we build our shows to keep audiences engaged from the first song through the final encore.

We can tailor the performance to fit your event, whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, private party, festival, dance hall or honky-tonk. Raised on the flat prairie lands of west Texas, I grew up soul deep in the sounds of Outlaw country and southern rock music.
Grew up Dreamin of bein in a rockin country Dancehall band,and now I get to share that dream and joy with people from all over the world.

Michael Petty and the Outlaw Revival is a professional 7-piece country band. We can provide our own professional PA system, stage monitoring, microphones, stands, and other sound equipment when necessary for most small-to-medium venues, weddings, private parties, and corporate events.

For larger venues or events with house production, we are happy to work directly with the venue’s sound engineer or production team and can provide a stage plot and input list in advance.

We require adequate performance space, safe electrical power, and reasonable access for load-in and load-out. Our instrumentation includes vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, and additional instrumentation depending on the performance.

If your venue does not have a PA or certain production equipment, just let us know. We can often provide what is needed or coordinate the appropriate setup for your event.
