Overview
I provide a clean comedy set of around 30-minutes where I draw out humorous things about my life as a pastor for 20-years in Austin, TX , marriage for 27-years, and raising two adult children. Most of my comedy has been in clubs and bars throughout Austin (Vulcan, Cap City, and connecting with a variety apartment communities across Austin.)
I can also provide a 40 minute encouragement with humor around the subjects below:

I am an Assistant Community Manager at Nexus at Goodnight Ranch Apartments and this comedy show was our favorite resident event! Our residents were laughing so hard we're still looking for the ones who fell out of their chairs! The laughter was so loud we thought we would have to file a noise complaint.... against ourselves! The comedians were hillarious and the jokes "hit home!" (Also, very affordable) We will definately be inviting them back to our Community SOON!

Our community recently booked Plug & Play Comedy for a resident event and it was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They had our residents laughing so hard you’d think we were handing out awards for “Best Laugh Snort.” It was fresh, fun, and exactly what we didn’t know we needed.
And the price? Let’s just say it was reasonable enough that management didn’t clutch their pearls.
I highly recommend them. If you’re disappointed, you probably wandered into the wrong event!

Married for 27 years with two kids, he balances the joys and challenges of parenting while also caring for his mother, who lived with him and battled Alzheimer’s and schizophrenia. His experiences shape his perspective—finding laughter even in the tough moments.
With a background in ministry, Michael sees life through the lens of faith, humor, and human connection. He enjoys crafting comedic bits, often in the style of a pastor at an open mic, blending wisdom with wit. His routines cover everything from the quirks of being a Cowboys fan to the absurdity of getting scammed at Walgreens.
