Michael Baker’s lifelong passion for music began as a young boy visiting Paris when he spotted a grand piano in the window of a hotel along the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. After asking permission to play a few songs, the lobby quickly filled with guests and passersby enjoying his renditions of beloved songs by The Beatles and Elton John — an early moment that foreshadowed a lifetime of performing.

Over the years, Michael has entertained audiences at hundreds of venues including colleges, universities, corporate events, private parties, restaurants, bars, breweries, clubs, hotels, weddings, sporting events, anniversaries, and reunions.
Influenced by The Beatles, The Police, Coldplay and many other pop artists, Michael’s engaging digital grand piano-vocal style often captures the character of the original artists while bringing his own energy to each performance.

His one-man-band sound delivers a full band experience, creating a rich, engaging performance that captivates audiences at every event. With creative digital grand piano arrangements, expressive vocals, and seamless versatility, Michael brings beloved classics and modern hits to life, keeping every performance fresh, lively, and memorable.
