What to Expect from Our Entertainers ✨

⏰ Arrival Time – Our entertainers usually arrive 10–30 minutes early to set up and get ready.

⏳ Breaks – For 1-hour events, breaks aren’t typically needed (though restroom use may be). For longer bookings, planned breaks are expected. Character performers like Santa, Mrs. Claus, or our Fairies will need a scheduled break built in—we’ll go over this together when planning your event.

🎭 Professionalism – Our artists come prepared with the tools and skills to create magic for your guests.

🤝 Respect – Remember, our entertainers are human beings. Please be kind to them, their time, and their equipment so everyone has the best experience possible.

✨ Technical Requirements for Booking Our Entertainers ✨

To help everything run smoothly and keep the magic alive, here are a few important details to know when booking:

🎅 Santa & Mrs. Claus (Character Performers)
Characters cannot be seated near a fireplace or plate-glass window (for comfort, safety, and the best guest experience).
⭐️Mrs. Claus can be booked separately—she is a trained professional entertainer and sometimes the perfect choice when your event needs a woman’s touch.

🎨 Face Painters
Require a well-lit area.
Must have space arranged so no one is standing directly behind them while they paint.
Will bring their own table, chair, tools, and makeup.
A sink or access to water is necessary.

🎈 Balloon Artists
Can roam or be stationed in one place (stationary setups are most common).
If stationed, please provide a table.
Balloon artists also require space so that no one is standing directly behind them while they work.

For larger events, please arrange staff or volunteers to help manage lines and end them at the contracted finish time. Artists are not able to manage lines themselves.

✍️ Caricature Artists
Require a well-lit area.
Client must provide 3–5 chairs for guests.

🌦️ Outdoor Events (All Entertainers, except Santa & Mrs. Claus)
Artists cannot work outside in temperatures below 65°F unless a covered tent with heating is provided.
In summer, please provide a shady spot or a canopy with side walls to block direct sun. This is required.
Whenever possible, entertainers prefer to be placed indoors for comfort and quality of performance.
