A month or so ago we booked a private event w/"Mermaid Star" for our 4 yr old birthday party. The bday party was this past weekend. The booking process was user friendly and Mermaid Star was easy to correspond w/ during the booking process. I dealt w other mermaids on here and other sites and never felt comfortable enough to book until connecting w/ Mermaid Star. Once we booked her she was readily available and very professional to communicate w/. She was so sweet to talk to and I really was impressed of her interest in my 4 yr old. She asked so many questions about our daughter to get a feel of the type of child our daughter was. She communicated w/ me as I was planning the party. During the event she never made us feel rushed. Im such a sapp and had tears in my eyes on how she connected w each and every child as well as the adults. Pirate Tor also was amazing with his story book legends of Life Under The Sea.
My daughter hasn't stopped talking about Mermaid Star and Pirate Tor, this will be a Birthday she will never forget. Thank you both for an amazing experience!!!!

Mermaid Star has been performing professionally since 2000, starting her mermaid career as a mermaid print model in 2009, and has been performing as a professional mermaid and underwater performer since 2012. Mermaid Star has been featured as a Mermaid at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival from (phone number hidden)9 in their acrylic tank. She has swam with children for their birthdays, in pools interacting with guests in upscale private events, as well as internationally in resort pools and marine aquariums. If booking an event with Mermaid Star, you can expect a realistic mermaid, who is professional with an upbeat, chipper, and pleasant demeanor.
Mermaid Star's tail is made with a hypoallergenic Platinum cure SFX silicone (Dragon Skin) that looks and flows like a real fish tail in water. Real Shells adorn Mermaid Star's top and real shell hair accessories, shell rings, and earrings add to her authenticity. She may chirp and coo as a manner of speaking during events or she may choose to speak to the humans in their native human tongue (English).
Mermaid Star is required to have a Mer-tender with her during events to keep her safe, answer questions, and help with transport to and from the swimming or meet and greet area.
