Mermaid Gipsy

My appearance fee for all event types is as follows:

Fabric mermaid tails:
$100/hour weekdays and $120/hour weekends
(All events, dry or swimming)

Signature Mermaid Gipsy® silicone tail (as seen in profile photo):
$150/hour weekdays $175/hour weekends for swimming events

A 50% deposit is required to book an event. Birthday parties include up to 10 children, each additional child guest is $10. Please note, my birthday goodie bags aren't intended for children under 4. Parents must use discretion and take full responsibility regarding goodie bags and the small toys within.

I offer a giant inflatable clam and beach photo background for dry events of all varieties. I also offer the option of bringing an inflatable 10x6' pool as a "mermaid tank" for events where a pool is not present, for aesthetic purposes (doesn't turn a dry event into a swim event 😉). I will require an electrical outlet to inflate the pool and a hose/other water source to fill it such as a hose.

I offer In Character Parties (fabric tail option available for up to age 5) for children. Please understand that for In Character Parties I am not allowed to break the character of being a real mermaid. Parents must do their part and play along, and any children that might spoil the magic for others must also be instructed ahead of time to play along, and/or taken to the side and reminded if needed. We want this to be a fun event for everybody! No refunds are offered, so parents, please play your parts and play along while at the party. 😊

For older kids (and grown up kids at heart!) I offer Instructional Parties in large pools 3 feet deep or more. I teach how mermaid tails work and their various kinds, show proper swim techniques, offer tips and tricks, and encourage imaginative play.

If you plan on hosting your party at a swim school, YMCA, or other third party location, please call ahead and tell them a professional mermaid will be attending, and make sure tails are permitted in their pools. I am CPR/First Aid/AED Certified in case of emergency, feel free to quote that. :)
