Mermaid Aviva and More

Parties with Mermaid Aviva are child-led. Mermaid Aviva will follow the child's lead and go along the activities that they are interested in. If you would like to request a particular activity to happen in your event, such as storytime, communicate that and Mermaid Aviva will be sure to make it happen!

SWIMMING EVENT: Mermaid Aviva will show up to a party such as a kid's birthday party, or an event such as a corporate event with a pool. She will swim with and/or interact with kids or guests, and bring some mermaid magic to your event! The perfect addition to your pool parties!

Common Activities: Swimming with the mermaid, Ask questions and chat with a real mermaid, Photos with the mermaid, Games with the mermaid like mermaid tail limbo, Necklaces and other fun goodies from Mermaid Aviva's treasure chest, Storytime.

DRY EVENT: Don't have a pool? No worries! Mermaid Aviva can attend any event, party, or festival/booth! She will sit and interact with kids and/or passerbys, and will bring some mermaid magic to your event!

Common Activities: Ask questions and chat with a real mermaid, Photos with the mermaid, Necklaces and other fun goodies from Mermaid Aviva's treasure chest, Storytime.

TANK EVENT: Mermaid Aviva can perform in a tank for a festival, carnival, etc! You provide a safe tank, and Mermaid Aviva will show up to add some mermaid magic to your booth or event!

Common Activities: Mermaid will swim and perform in tank, Mermaid will chat with passerbys, Mermaid will pose for photos.

MERMAID ZOOM CALL: Not local? Having an online gathering? Mermaid Aviva will attend any Zoom party or will have a one-on-one Zoom call with your child!

Anna Lesnick, also known as Mermaid Aviva, has been mermaiding for over seven years.

She passed through all levels of Red Cross swim lessons, giving her vital experience in the water. She is Red Cross certified in CPR, first aid, bloodborne pathogens, and water safety. She was a Red Cross certified lifeguard for two years. She also has five years of experience as a swim instructor for Sunsational Swim School, Aquamobile Swim School, and Swim Lessons with Miss Anna. She teaches mermaid swim lessons too!

What sets Mermaid Aviva apart from other character performers is that she's a swimmer first. She doesn't just pose for pictures- she gets in the water and puts on an underwater performance! She has a realistic silicone mermaid tail, and a Mermaid Aviva party is an authentic mermaid experience, as mermaid swimming is something that she has put years of training into. Water safety is also her number one priority while in the water with children, and having the proper water safety certifications can ensure you that a swimming party with Mermaid Aviva is as safe as possible.

Along with that, Anna has extensive experience working with kids and working parties, giving her the important skills to make any event magical for you and any children in attendance. She also has over ten years of ballet experience and years of performance experience as a musician. She was also a teacher at Sylvan Learning Center for over one year.

Anna has a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Music and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in English: Creative Writing, both from the University of Central Florida. When she's not swimming, she's probably writing!

Mermaid Aviva, along with doing events through her own business, does mermaid events through multiple companies. Mermaid Aviva can't wait to join you and your children in the Orlando/Central Florida area for parties and events!

The one technicality for kids pool parties will be getting me to the pool and back without spoiling the magic for the kids. We will be in contact before the party about how that will be the easiest for you! For example, I could arrive, get into my tail in the bathroom, and then be carried or rolled out to the pool to surprise the kids! This is something we will discuss in further detail when you book me!
