Founded in 2017, Mental Health Resources exists to come alongside those who want to help people in their company, school, university, or youth organization. We stand out in the industry because we lay the foundation for moving beyond yoga classes and free counseling sessions with our core vision, and into skill building that gives confidence and direction to support those struggling. We provide keynotes from 15 minutes, to personalized training from 90 minutes to 8 hours.
