Mental Health Resilience

I am a charismatic, articulate, and an engaging speaker. I am caring, and I like to stay after to talk to the audience. I also like offering my assistance in many ways. People come up to me after all of my talks, and I do my best to steer them in the right direction with the resources that I have. I am also very versatile, and can tailor my message to different communities.

I am a public speaker that focuses on mental health education, resiliency, and intersections of identity, among others. As someone who experienced a psychotic episode my freshman year of college and at first struggled to achieve success, I had to learn through trial and error how to create systems to succeed in college. Through these systems, I was able to graduate from college, succeed in the workplace, and graduate with my Masters in Public Health concentrating on mental health. I have over five years of experience speaking and participating in panels with college students, doctoral students, high school students, people living with mental illness and substance use, healthcare professionals, nonprofit organizations, and faith communities. I have also been invited to speak at conferences. As a public speaker, I am dynamic, and I like to engage the audience by connecting with their interest.

Additionally, I offer other services as a certified academic coach, wellness coach, and multiple workshops to primarily equip students to become more independent taking care of their health.
