Melody Payne

I can sing a very wide range of music. I know cover songs that range from The Foo Fighters, to Nat King Cole and everything in between. I have a stomp box, which is like a bass drum but more compact, and a foot tambourine which makes many songs sound very full. I am great with all size concerts and can be very family friendly, or entertain a packed bar. I'm very professional, reliable, and honest and I have all my own equipment and even lighting.

Melody Payne is a singer/songwriter from Utah. Her style has been compared to Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Jewel, and Janice Joplin. She has extensively toured the United States and has released 5 albums, 2 of which she released with her previous duo, Melody & Tyler. She has played in venues large and small and is known for her love songs and her story telling style. Melody has won Utah's Best of State award for Individual Vocalist 6 years in a row and has appeared in numerous articles, TV interviews, radio shows, and other artist albums in duets and backups.
She began her love of music playing piano, and at 16 she began playing guitar.
She currently performs with her acoustic guitar, a stomp box, and a foot tambourine for a full band sound, and plays many 70’s and 90’s hits as well as some original music.

I have my own sound equipment for up to 500 people and lighting. When I don't need those, I use two DI boxes (one for my stomp box, one for my guitar) and a cord for vocals. My set up is VERY easy and I always stay with in my time limits.
