They struck the perfect balance between jamming and playing all the songs everyone loves, so there was something for every guest. The energy never dipped, and people are still talking about how fun the music was. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding band!

January 6, 2026We hired Melo Green for the New Bedford 2025 Summer Sound Series, the only non-local act based on experiences previous performances. Despite being an unknown band at a "block party" gig catering to the local music scene, they won the crowd over with a combination of originals and crowd pleasing tunes that had people literally dancing in the streets. Recommended!

First and foremost, Melo is an incredible artist and live musician: his original songs are ethereal, funky emerging soul hits. His talent is such that he beautifully covers icons like Prince and Steve Wonder, simultaneously respecting the original artists while adding a distinctively Melo twist.

December 22, 2025We started booking Melo Green in 2024 to deliver performances with Sofar Sounds and since then we've had the pleasure of presenting him at seven shows across MA. We continue to book him because of his energetic performances, soulful lyrics and the powerful connection he forges with the audience. Our guests are consistently blown away by his sets and he remains a favorite among Sofar crew and fans alike. I can't recommend Melo Green enough!
