Melissa D, is a singer-songwriter from Vermont, USA. She is a classically trained vocalist and former rock front-woman for The Alley Katz where she shared the stage with many talented musicians including Joe Moore(Pork Tornado -John Fishman's{Phish} band) and Benjamin Orr(The Cars). Her song Little Girl was nominated by the InterContinental Music Awards as Best Song of America in the American Roots genre for 2021. Melissa's live acoustic act is earthy, chill and holistic with a few grin producing songs sprinkled in. She is highly expressive in her delivery of covers and originals.

Melissa will come to you(either on Zoom or in person) with her guitar, uke, hand percussion and hang out and sing a set or two of her original songs and favorite covers. She has a small PA available if amplification is needed. Perfect for your home, a retreat or community center. Her show can also be offered as a gift for your employees or VIP members of your community. Melissa is also available for singing the Star Spangled Banner at sporting events or graduations.
