In addition to shows, I also offer hoop jams and workshops for schools, parties, and community events teaching beginner to intermediate hooping, including sessions tailored for children.

My name is Megan Johnson, but on stage, I go by Megasaurus Rex. I’m a dynamic performance artist and background actress with appearances on The Runarounds (Amazon) and Waterfront (Netflix). Specializing in fire and LED Cirque performance, I bring high-energy, visually captivating acts to events of all kinds.

Originally from Virginia, I’ve called the Carolinas home for the past few years after earning my degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. I’ve since followed my passion for creativity and performance, working with several circuses across North Carolina and beyond.

Safety is my top priority during every performance. I provide full fire safety measures, including fire extinguishers, safety blankets, and a trained fire safety assistant on-site. All performances are conducted with care and precision to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.
