Megan Lynette is a worship-driven contemporary Christian singer-songwriter whose music transforms testimony into melody and invites listeners into healing, hope, and deeper intimacy with Christ.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Megan began playing violin at age five and singing in her Baptist church choir at six. Her early musical influences included Al Green, The Chi-Lites, Anita Baker, Sade, and Whitney Houston, shaping her soulful vocal tone and storytelling instincts.

In 2004, she stepped into worship leadership in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she also met her husband. Over the years, she expanded her musical experience through community theatre and continued developing her voice as both a leader and a creative.

In 2016, sensing a call to share her story through songwriting, Megan trained under two-time Grammy Award nominee Sarah Kelly, where she received mentorship and performed for industry professionals, including Tobin Hyman of The Voice and American record producer Mike Clink.

Her musical vision aligns with artists such as Mandisa, Natalie Grant, Naomi Raine, and Brooke Ligertwood, blending worship, vulnerability, and strength into songs rooted in lived experience. In 2021, Megan was selected to sing as part of the Maverick City Gospel Choir during the Welcome to Maverick City Music Tour.

Her debut single, “Broken,” released in 2022, introduced listeners to her transparent, redemptive storytelling, drawing on personal experiences of pain, resilience, and restoration. In September 2024, she followed with her sophomore single, “Only Hope,” continuing her message of surrender and unwavering trust in Christ.

Alongside her husband, Megan serves as worship leader at Relate Community Church in Spring, Texas. Offstage, she is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who integrates faith and modern medicine in her commitment to holistic healing.
