My Mediterranean Cuisine bursts in flavors and aromas and include a selection of delicious Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and vegan specialty dishes! I accept events up to 20 guests. Please note that I prepare and deliver the food but not attend the event. My menu includes a colorful palate of dishes, such as my famous Masabacha hummus platter, the amazing Moroccan salad/dip, savory meatless creations such as the amazing Moussaka, Jerusalem Stir Fry, Pasta Bolognese, Bureks and much more - all made with plant based meat. Your vegan guests will not believe that my meatless specialists are actually meatless! My Cuisine can also provide delicious chicken based dishes. PDF menu available!

December 7, 2023I was fortunate to attend several events which Vince prepared the food for. He is an amazingly talented chef. Everyone was blown away by the quality, variety, flavor and authenticity of his delicious dishes. We could not stop eating! I especially loved the hummus platter which came with fresh and soft pita bread. Another highlight was the amazing herbs and cranberry chicken cutlets. The Moroccan salad had so much flavor and aroma! I highly recommend these dishes but everything Vince prepared was superb. And before the events he also suggested additional items to the host. If you are looking for the best Mediterranean food as well as some amazing meatless/vegan dishes you will be more than pleased.
