After inital contact via this site or email, I prefer to be able to recieve a call or give a call to a potential client so we can talk about what they are in need of and looking for in better detail so we can give a better quote. After speaking we put together an email with any and all choices and suggestions. We then like to follow up about getting our clients on the books and scheduled. Some events will require a deposit and contract depending on the size an type of event. If their is a deposit it is 25% down with a contract, if non is requied then payment can be made upon completion of event. What you can expect is to have us take care of every detail set up, tear down full service. If we are doing a private dinner in your home we will make sure your kitchen is all clean an all our garbage is taken out. After all events you will recieve a email wirh a request for a review! we are here every step of the way and make sure we are in contact leading up to event and after the event!

My name is Chef Mike Kelley, I started pursuing personal chef after many years of catering and being in the chef world from when I was in the navy at the age of 17. I have done everything from Civic Center event private chef, dinners for 2, dinner parties, weddings , bachelorette parties and corporate events! I loke to customize to all of my clients needs. I am married with 2 kids, and found that being a small buiness owner and being able to do what I love allows me more time with my family an to be able to take care of all my Clients. I carry my own personal chef insurnace of 2 million dollars. I like to put spins on causual food to make it a little more fancy. I like to make a complete experience.
