He acquired his passion to add value to the lives of others at an early age growing up in Savannah, GA. Although He grew up in the foster care system, he was taught by his mother that your enlightenment, not your environment, determines your outcomes. He was inspired to unleash his untapped potential while gaining his degree from Point University.

Matthew understands that right information can cause a comprehensive revolution. This passion for transformation inspired him to begin his writing career, with the upcoming release of his first book Hope In Their Eyes: A generation that still believes. He enjoys downtime with activities such as bowling, and reading. Matthew is happily married to his middle school sweetheart, Aaliyah.
