I speak on addiction and mental health. After struggling for years with mental illness and substance abuse, I got clean at 18 and dove into Outdoor Education, Yoga and Nutrition to learn to heal and reconnect with myself. I have been working in Drug and Alcohol Treatment for the last 3 years and was a wilderness therapy field guide before that.
