April 30, 2026Matt joined us last week at our spring picnic/open house and we all had a great time. THe residents all had smiles on their faces which makes my job worth doing.

April 30, 2026We invited Matt to perform at our In-Service day earlier this month and we could not have had a better guest. We are a large school district with teachers and staff ranging in age from early 20s into their 80s of diverse backgrounds and were looking for some fun and uplifting entertainment to cap off the day. Matt's background as a teacher sealed the deal. He was able to put together material that cracked us all up, but was of course totally appropriate for the school setting. A difficult tone to get just right--but he got it just right! He understood our wishes and delivered. If you have a professional development day or a workshop to organize I would highly recommend hiring Matt.

He developed uplifting material with jokes touching on the news of the day to humorous observations about life through the decades. Our community especially appreciated that Matt took the time to stick around after the set. Working with Matt was pleasant start to finish.

March 31, 2026First time GigSalad-er here (definitely won't be my last!!!) and had to write a review for Matt White. My brother-in-law knows Matt through his work at Second City and IO and recommended him for my company's annual "Happy Everything" party (like the Oscars of our company where we give out awards, etc.). We've had magicians in years past, a mystery theater, and I think a mime once, but hiring a comedian was a first. Matt took the time to meet with us ahead of the party, really to get to know the culture of our company, the co-workers being recognized at the party, and personalized his material to US. Not just a generic "set." Everyone said it was the highlight of the day. (It was a Friday the 13th by the way.) We have never had anything close to this quality of entertainment at our "Happy Everything" and we're already working to secure him for next year (if he'll have us!).
