Hilarious, Professional, Innovative

Matt nailed his performance for our show! It's a big responsibility to pick a performer, but as soon as I met him in person, I knew I could leave my anxiety aside. He was genuine, kind, professional, hilarious, and so innovatively talented. We had tears in our eyes by the end from laughing so hard. His engagement with the crowd was perfect. I'd absolutely recommend Matt Geiler and can assure no regrets.

About

I'm Matt Geiler! For the past 20+ years, I've been a working comedian, musical improvisor, actor, speaker, and emcee. Every client has a unique vision, and I work hard to personalize my performance to suit each audience perfectly. Whether you're in need of a musical improv act, motivational speaker, or clean comedian, I have you covered.

I've been fortunate enough to tour with Wayne Brady, appear on America's Got Talent as the viral sensation Dancing Pumpkin Man, and graduate from The Second City Chicago. I'm best known for my highly funny, lightning-fast musical improv and energizing, motivational keynotes. My clients rave about their one-of-a-kind experience - even Wayne Brady says I'm "one of the smartest, funniest performers" he's had the joy of working with.

Additional booking notes

For smaller and more intimate venues (i.e, coffee houses, alternative performance spaces, theaters under 99 seats), Matt doesn't necessarily use another musician on-stage and usually requires only an input for an iPad (operable from stage area), a microphone (see Stage/Set-Up Requirements) and an on-stage monitor. We can also supply this sound equipment at no extra charge.

For larger venues (full theatres, clubs, performance halls, large comedy clubs) please refer to Stage/Set-Up Requirements.

In the event that venue cannot accommodate iPad operation from stage area, Matt requests a dedicated sound person to play tracks from house sound booth.

Set list

Matt's set list is completely unique for each appearance, as the songs are improvised in real time from audience suggestions.
