We hired him for 3 hours, to do chair massage’s on a boat for a sales award excursion. He was supposed to arrive early to set up on the boat before we launched at the 12.
At 12 I started calling around as it was holding up our cruise, I found out that he sent a replacement person to the wrong harbor . He never let me know he was sending a replacement and she was late.
It turned out to be fine and she was lovely although it cost us to leave late while we waited for her to come to the correct marina .
Even though I included a tip with original payment here on gig salad, I tipped her as well because she was given poor info and there poor communication.
