With over 10 years of experience performing in the metro Atlanta area, Alex Sifuentes is a passionate and versatile Mariachi musician dedicated to delivering authentic and heartfelt performances. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Kennesaw State University and additional studies at Middlebury College (Portuguese Language School), Alex has a diverse musical background that enriches his performances.
At Middlebury College, Alex learned to speak Portuguese and developed a love for Bossa Nova music, studying the genre and its iconic artist João Gilberto, who greatly influences his interpretations and style. Although his primary instrument was the oboe—studied extensively in university—his true passion lies in the vibrant world of Mariachi music.
Alex specializes in the timeless songs of Javier Solis and Jose Alfredo Jiménez, but his repertoire spans a wide range of iconic artists including Jorge Negrete, Pedro Infante, and Vicente Fernandez. Whether performing solo or with a full 8-member Mariachi band, Alex brings a deep passion and professionalism to every event, ensuring an authentic and memorable experience.
Alex studied voice with renowned instructors Dr. Kirkpatrick and Leah Partridge,enhancing his musical versatility and range. Mariachi music is more than a profession—it's a heartfelt expression of culture and tradition that Alex plays with all his passion and dedication.

I can play completely acoustically but am also able to provide amplification for an additional fee.
When we do perform with our sound system we usually require a 10' x 6 ' area
